I am passionate about empowering women and supporting their health and nutrition, without bias or judgement and provide realistic and achievable strategies. As a PhD and registered nutritionist combined with an extensive career in food publishing and media, I always take an evidence-led yet delicious approach. I also love creating nourishing anti-inflammatory recipes that the entire family can enjoy.

Recipe Development & Nutrition Writing
As a published food author and respected recipe developer and nutrition writer, I collaborate with editors, food brands and health publications to create nutrition‑focused recipes and evidence‑based articles. I believe food should be as delicious as it is nourishing, a philosophy reflected in my work for leading magazines including delicious., Healthy Food Guide, Good Taste, Diabetic Living and Weight Watchers.
